There are three ways to book a holiday home:   

1. Book a current vacancy
2. Apply through the ballot
3. Take advantage of a promotional offer.

Current Vacancies

You can book any holiday home up to 12 months in advance, except for homes balloted during school holidays.

You can book up to 14 days in any one location.

The Ballot

To give everyone the opportunity to book a holiday home, a ballot system allocates most of the homes during school holidays - see the ballot dates.

You enter the ballot by completing an online request or completing the ballot form.

The ballots are drawn by computer application the day after the ballot closes.

You'll be advised if you're successful after the ballot is drawn and you'll have 7 days to confirm and pay.

Balloted homes are booked for 7 days, Saturday to Saturday.

Once the ballot has been drawn, any unallocated homes can be booked - see current vacancy.

7 days after the ballot has been drawn, any allocated but unconfirmed homes can be booked - see current vacancy.

Methods of Payment

Payment can be made by:
